Where I cannot afford such a thing, my parents have this... and I must say, its probably the best out there.
You can cook virtually anything... nothing will fall through the grates, sure you have the die hard grillers who want the fire and grill lines- however this saves in about 90% of the mess.

If you've been to a mongolian style grill you know what I'm talking about- pour some water on, spread it around, and wipe off while the grill is hot and you are set. Its fantastic, I truly hope to own one one day. :)

These are fantastic when you want to cheat a little- throw the things on the grill, walk around and chat with your friends, keep an eye on the thing in your hand and go back out when its done! It virtually takes all the pain out of grilling.. and for the picky eaters that like their meat done differently, make them watch it!
I honeslty can't fathom grilling without these handy gagets. :)

I really love the concept behind this! You can mold and bend it to your will while using it and compress it for storage! However... I am a little trepidatious about how it would hold up while I'm trying to mix something... is it tipsy?

Smar Tea Teapot by WMF

Description

I love tea, and I have one teapot that is just a usual one, but is clear glass- its really cool because you can put the jasmine flower in it and watch it unfurl and such... this one seems like it would do a better job though, and you wouldn't have the stray petal floating in your tea :) I love being able to see the water boil, and watch what happens... very cool.

Ikea has some of the best, cheapest dishes... They are very durable and stain resistant. I recently bought a set with a bunch of dinnerware that looked just like this... they have held up against all odds and were SO innexpensive.. good buy!
