KitLane :: Svorgen the Ursabob
First to recommend
Description
"This sweet Ursabob enjoys a romp in the leaves on a crisp fall morning, a jaunt through Ikea, a nice cup of hot chocolate accompanied by a wee smidgen of jam on a pikelette, and squidgee squeezles."
I don't know about that Ikea thing, but otherwise Svorgen sounds pretty cool to me. (via Etsy)

yellowplum :: ketju pendant in teal and smoke

Description
I'm really into pendants lately. I made this pendant using a technique called peyote stitch--beads are woven together one at a time into a fabric, which I then roll into a tube and stitch around a cylinder-shaped glass bead. (via Etsy)

julieandco :: Illusions of Blue Temari
First to recommend
Description
The creator of this temari, Julie, explains her craft as follows:
"Temari is the ancient Japanese folk art of silk embroidered thread balls, originally made by noble women with silken threads pulled from old kimonos. Used originally for child's play, today the art of temari is becoming more popular around the world. Each temari ball is wrapped first with yarn, then thread, then stitched with silky embroidery thread. The unique band around the center of this temari is called an "obi" after the sash worn around the waist of traditional Japanese kimonos!" (via Etsy)
