About this list:
I love being eco-friendly and doing everything I can to help the environment. I shop cage free and go to the farmers markets when I can, I am concious about my energy usage, and I try and stick to wearing products made in the US! I'm a tree hugging hippy who is proud of her small contributions to the environment. I love it more when everything I buy come with an affordable price tag!

This is by far my favorite water filter that I have ever come across. My family bought this about 5 years ago and have never had any problems with it. So of course when I moved into my fiance's apartment, I had to buy one of these for us. It fits perfectly in our fridge (it holds 1.125 gallons) and barely takes up any space. It reduces all sorts of microbial gunk and makes me feel so much more confident that what I'm drinking is clean.
The filter lasts for 1 to 2 months with a little meter on the top of it that shows you when to replace it! And it's also decently priced so it practically pays for itself, no more having to buy water bottles from the grocery store!

I fell in love with these organic bedding set when I saw it on the West Elm website (a store in NYC). I especially love that it is EKO Sustainable Textile certified using GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Exchange).
The price tag is great too. I have a queen bed with my boyfriend and the duvet cover is only $99 for the queen size!
The only thing that I am skeptical about is whether or not I will actually be able to sleep on with 230 thread count since I usually like a higher thread count number. But I do find that with the organic cotton, the sheets are already soft due to the lack of herbicides and pesticides.
It's also available in five different colors so you can easily match your chosen color scheme!

I totally love this mattress! It's so soft and plushy. The best part about it (besides being eco friendly) is that they lowered the price on it too and so now it's almost affordable!

Description
My obsession with these fan grew during my first and second years of college. I became friends with a girl who owned one of these and later became her roommate (not just because of the fan though).
I was skeptical of it's small size, but when I would visit her in her room, it was always the coldest in the dorm and better yet, even though it was quiet, it would block out the noise from the noisy hallway.
The thing that sucked is I bought a fan for the same price, thinking it was more economical and it didn't work as well as this baby.
This is a truly remarkable fan and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I would love one to grow basil and cilantro so I don't have to buy them at the store every week. And, it really makes growing them easy.
