Bianchi USA: Vigorelli
First to recommend
Description
I am a novice cyclist and I wanted to buy a bike which didn't break the bank but would allow me to grow into as I matured as a cyclist. I did a fair amount of research and I chose Bianchi Vigorelli because it offer solid performance, a light frame, and it looks great on the road. The only advise I would offer is to purchase a softer seat. The factory one is hard as a rock and not particularly comfortable for the casual cyclist.

Precor 9.35i treadmill

2 people recommended this item
Description
It's quiet, easy to use (yes, there are treadmills that are not user friendly!), and offers a good warranty. The bad news is my machine displayed a belt error after only four weeks of use. However, the warranty fully covers all repairs for the first year. I'm disappointed I had problems so early but I have really enjoyed the machine on all fronts.

Bosu Balance Ball
First to recommend
Description
I have "u-hem" entered into the middle stages of my life. One thing you learn very quickly is that your balance and core strength starts to erode. I recently started working out with a trainer and virtually all of our exercises revolve around weight training off the balance ball. The combination of an unstable surface--the balance ball--and free weight exercises is great for balance and core strength. I highly recommend this piece of equipment for any home gym.

Professional 55cm Anti-Burst Ball
First to recommend
Description
I used to think these balls were ridiculous until I learned how great they are for stabilizing the lower back during exercise. I have a bad lower back and the ball allows me to do sit-ups and other forms of exercise without putting any pressure on my lower back. It's a great core exercise piece of equipment.

SPRI ES500R Xertube Resistance Band

Description
These exercise bands are cheap, easily to transport, and will accommodate any size person or any level of strength. It's the most versatile and convenient way to tone muscle and keep in shape. There are hundreds of exercises you can do from the comfort of your own home with these bands. And don't be fooled by the small size and simple structure of these exercise bands. If used properly and with enough repetition they will kick your butt. I highly recommend them.

New Balance 810 Trail Running Shoe Mens
First to recommend
Description
You need stability and durability when running trails and the New Balance 810 fits the bill. This rugged shoe will hold up in all weather and terrain and also double as a cross training shoe in the gym. I have also jogged in these shoes and they do the job but I would not recommend using them in this fashion on a regular basis.

Asics Gt 2120 Running for Men
First to recommend
Description
I have tried Nike, Adidas, Saucony, and Asic running shoes and I find the Asic to be the most comfortable and durable. I also like the fact that the design is close to the original design with only small tweaks over the years.

Sports Authority - Harbinger Leather Trigger Jump Rope
2 people recommended this item
Description
Jumping rope is old school but effective. Nothing gets my heart pumping better. And I find it's good for arm, legs, and core muscles. Plus, it's the easiest thing to take on the road when traveling.

This is the official version used by college football teams. I just got one as a gift from my dad for my birthday. I love to pass around the football on game days in the fall. Ah......college football, I love it!

Spalding Official Size NBA Leather Game Basketball
First to recommend
Description
I love to play hoops and I've always been partial to Spalding basket balls. Nothing has the feel and touch of real, genuine leather (not synthetic crap). This version is the official one used by the NBA.
