Paradise Misplaced Soap

Description
I love the Villainess line of soaps, they have such winners as 'blood', 'silk and cyanide', and 'antihero'. Soaps like that deserve to be loved. My favorite though is Paradise Misplaced. Paradise misplaced combines coconut, mango and green tea into a mildly ticklish (not quite exfoliating) soap. They also have a body scrub and lotion in this scent so you can smell paradise on your search for it.

Ah, the metric system. I'm familiar with you through science, but don't really know you. But maybe if I had it with me all the time I'd start thinking in metric instead of converting all the time. Whether it's useful or not, it has that science chic going for it that I like.

I think this would make a great coffee table tray, serving tray or just general pretty thing. Personally, I think I'd use it as an alternative to my fruit basket. Or maybe I'd just stare at the pretty. It looks so fragile, but really is quite strong...I still don't think I'd risk dropping it though.

The pictures inside this book are amazingly vibrant. Instead of illustrating the book it's been photographed, but it's still very surreal. It's filled with colors and textures and is amazing. The cover only gives the tiniest of tastes. Trust me, it's brilliant!

Ah, BASIC I love you, never change. Not that BASIC ever will. As a programming language it allowed you to write all sorts of spaghetti code and easily create (as this shirt shows) infinite loops. But then again, if you actually rocked at BASIC the shirt wouldn't be as funny.

Oh, wow. I just saw this scarf and it's hilarious. It's also slightly (as the title says) unsettling. It's a bacon scarf. Yeah, I said that right. It's a bacon scarf. It looks like bacon but it's not meat it's a felted scarf.

My desk is always completely littered with post-its. They mostly go unnoticed, but I couldn't help think that Lotta Jansdotter's cute and varied sticky note designs would make dealing with to-do lists more fun. It would just be a shame to throw them away when they're done!
