Koi wellies
7 people recommended this item
Description
Can I tell you I [HEART] these boots??? I grew up with the koi as a symbolic icon for luck and prosperity, so I've always had high regards for anything koi. Never thought it would be on one of my favorite items, the rubber boots. Really great graphic application of the koi tattoo here. $60

Safetypin rain boot by Melissa

Description
I admit it, when I was 14 years old I stuck safety-pins all over my jacket, my pants, my shoes, and even through my earlobes. Now that I'm all grown up I find it a bit harder to return to my roots- but now I can, thanks to these spiffy safety-pin rain boots from Melissa. Buying them even makes me a responsible consumer- they're recyclable.

Chooka Signature Printed Rain Boot (Women) - - Stripes

Description
This boot is fun, but not too in your face. The multi-colored stripes make them easy to coordinate with a bright, cozy sweater.

Gabriella Rocha Tall Plaid (Red Multi) - Waterproof Casual Boots

Description
What's black and white and red all over? O.K., o.k., sorry. These boots can go all over, though. Pair with your polo for a classic look or match with your tulle mini to keep your alternative cred intact on a rainy day.

Jeffrey Campbell Engineer Rain Boots
First to recommend
Description
Back in the 80's I had this great shirt that was an oversized repro of a well known photo of a bunch of people watching a 3-D movie during the '50's. These boots remind me of that shirt, which got stolen by someone who immediately became an ex-friend. Maybe I just love having other people's faces all over me. Maybe I love the rough and ready look of the engineer boot. Whatever it is, these boots are cool.

Description
Ilse Jacobsen has made quite a splash in her native Denmark and these rain boots are fast becoming a staple in many European closets. Someone needs to start selling her designs in the US, ASAP!! Until then, I'm ordering mine from the UK. They're absolutely fabulous.

Pretty parasols in classic black and white on a rainy-day shoe that loafs rather than stomps. I really like the arty feel to these.
