If you have never watched an episode of Drinky Crow Show, then you need to. You will either be appalled or delighted or both. I allowed my children to watch the first two episodes but even I am not sure I want to watch #3 again, and they can't until they are 21.

Personally, I found Absinthe to be vastly overrated. The wife enjoyed however. Yeah, long as it has alcohol in it, the wife is there. When consuming green fluid isn't appropriate (like at the office) these might work.
