Okay, THAT didn't take long... I have a NEW prefab favorite! Drool, drool... you had me at "roof deck".

One of my all-time fave prefab projects from the SF Bay area firm Cleverhomes. Love everything about this design from the floorplan, exterior finishes, generous use of view windows, but most of all... that great roof deck! Sorry if I'm drooling but imho this has it all, and it would fit my lot perfectly. The only thing that doesn't fit is, of course, the cost. Maybe once my world domination plan really kicks in I'll find that cool 500-750k in my spare change jar... 'til then I can dream right?
