This Smooth SX4 Folding treadmill is not only small when folded, but is super slim at only 11" x 29". This is slim enough to fit under most beds and takes up about as much room as your ironing board when folded (it's actually slimmer than my ironing board by about 4" - yeah I measured it).

Although this treadmill has an on board 7" cable/ DVD ready falt screen TV and a high end, home theater sounding speaker system it's not the flashy things that attracted me to this treadmill.

When I work out I often find myself gradually slowing down or speeding up without realizing it - now with this treadmill you have an intensity meter which changes color so you can easily see if you are slacking off or if you are pushing yourself too hard.

There are 14 preset workout programs and it's also iFit compatable so you won't have to worry about running out of new programs or motivation - but it's still the intensity meter that I like the most.
