Description

This might fall under the "too much information" category, but I was on this for a full two weeks and in that span, I saw some of the ungodliest things I have ever witnessed in my life. Though I didn't complete the full three-month cycle, this does seem to work in terms of ensuring regularity and purging your colon of excess stuff lingering around. I may have even lost a few pounds while on it.
