Having used many graters and citrus zesters, finally there is something that really, really works! The microplane grater grates hard cheeses with ease and the citrus grater makes fine slivers of citrus peal and grates chocolate as well.

Krups Egg Cooker

I hate to think how many times I've put eggs on the stove to boil and walked away only to come back and find them boiled dry and my pan ruined. This egg cooker prevents that from happening. It times the eggs to whatever degree of softness or hardness you want and then shuts off so mishaps like mine don't happen.

Every now and then, I stumble across something that is so brilliant and useful at the same time, I wonder not...why didn't I think of that because I would never think of it, but why didn't someone else think of it before now? Anyway, this coffee clip combination spoon is one of those things. It keeps your coffee bag closed up tight and on the end is a spoon so you never have hunt for it again when you need to make your morning coffee. Didn't I tell you? It's brilliant! I'm addicted to the Food Network channel. Ina, Giada, Nigella, Bobby...fab! One thing I don't understand though, most of them, when it comes to squeezing lemons, use their hands. Excuse me? When lemons go up in price you better believe I want every last drop of its lemony goodness squeezed out and to do that I have to have some sort of gadget. I like this squeezer because it pours through a hole to capture seeds and excess pulp that I really don't want. Plus it's cute!

When I need fresh herbs for a recipe, there's always a ton left over. This fabulous gadget has a small well in the bottom for water to keep the herbs fresh and healthy, while the lid protects it from drying out. The herbs will keep fresh for up to 3 weeks in the frig, plenty of time to use it up in another recipe.
