I have to work out....not only to stay healthy but to maintain this body. It takes work ...these are the shoes I would choose to keep healthy. Besides , my climbing shoe...I run about 12 miles a week....lift a few weights to counter any injuries ...and I play a mean game of Tennis( my first sporting love.... )

An excellent running shoe.....the mega bounce heel and the lateral straps make this a superior running shoe....its a training shoe so it will be a bit of a heavy one but still an awesome shoe.

You can't buy good denim for under 100 dollars now... thats unfortunate. I use to buy 501's and now I can't even do that.
