Easter Nest with Truffled Eggs

Okay, maybe these aren't REAL eggs, but they're shaped like eggs and they're chocolate truffles. How could I resist? Besides the presentation is just beautiful for an Easter or spring centerpiece!

Calphalon One Nonstick Frittata Pan

Description

Somethings are just too difficult to master in the kitchen without a little help. Calphalon has come up with a nonstick frittata pan that is really two pans interlocked together so when it's time to flip, all you have to do is turn the pan over! Brilliant!!!

Egg Separator

I've learned the hard way that whipping egg whites is a tricky business. There can't be a speck of yellow in them or they won't whip up. An egg separator is a gadget that does just that, it separates out the egg whites from the egg yolks. So if you're planning on making a chocolate souflee or lemon meringue pie in the near future and are uneasy about separating the whites from the yolks, this is a perfect gadget that will make your life easier and save you from wasting a bunch of eggs.

Egg Timer

Description

This egg timer takes the guess work out of boiling eggs. It some how figures in the number of eggs in the pan, the water used, the altitude and desired level of cooked egg, from soft- to hard-boiled. Pretty amazing!
