Katamari Damacy - Playstation 2

First to recommend

Description

This game is one of my FAVORITES! I love it. Its so bizarre and fun! You're a tiny little alien and you have to put the stars and planets back in the sky. How do you do it? By rolling around collecting objects (like a dung beetle). The more stuff you roll over, the larger your mass grows and subsequently, your environment. You start off in a room rolling up push pins and stuff, then move to the outside rolling up bigger and bigger items (flowers to trees to animals to trucks to houses and eventually islands and clouds). This is all done under time constraints of course.
Check it out. Its amazing. (via Gamestop)

HEATH CERAMICS Soup Server

Soup can be a pretty cumbersome dish to serve, store and eat. Thats why I love this bowl. The lid keeps your soup hot and even has a little niche for your spoon. (via Velocity)

Dragonslayer

Description

Awesome, awesome, awesome fantasy film from the 80's! It's about...well. dragons and a young dragon slayer. But it's not as fluffy and snow white as you might think. These dragons are scary and devour sacrificial virgins. And the special effects still hold up today. (via Amazon)

iPod Shuffle (PRODUCT) RED

Description

I love the tiny ipod shuffle. Its so compact, and (true story), last month while doing my laundry I was watching my clothes go around and around in the wash cycle...and *gasp* my shuffle and ear buds swish by swimming in a sea of socks and soapy water. F$&*! When I got home I just sat the ipod and the ear buds on my desk for a few days knowing it was wrecked, but like the pheonix from the ashes, IT WORKED! Both the ear buds and the ipod. I haven't had a single problem with it since then. Thanks, Apple.
On a more important note, when you buy any of Apple's (Product) Red items, your helping contribute to the global fight against the AIDS virus. Win, win situation. (via Apple Store)

Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility

Description

Once a year I get sucked into a video game world. This year its Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility on the Wii. I played another Harvest Moon game on the PS2 about 3 years ago. Anyway, as usual the graphics are better and theres some new things you can do other than farming, fishing and etc. I'm pretty excited about the mining, with 30 levels of caverns you can go into smashing rocks and collecting precious and semi precious stones. Apparently you can also get married and have kids.
Fun, non violent game. (via Gamestop)
