I am dry, dry DRY. From straw-like hair to desert dry complexion to...flake-tastic chapped lips (might have to do with my not drinking enough water, if ANY at all). I am a lip balm whore. I just picked up Sohum Lip Balm at Fred Segal in Madagascan Vanilla and it is deliciously soft, smooth, and has only a hint of vanilla, so I don't feel like I'm eating a cupcake every time I lick my lips.

benefit's "that gal" is a light primer that has a super subtle sheen in the formula that "fixes" the complexion without a thick cover-up. it's a great way to set a base before putting the rest of the goo on.
