Description

OK, this little green grill might be called "cute" by females, but I think guys would like it, too. It's a good size for camping or tailgating.

LifeSTYLE File Tote

2 people recommended this item

Description

I'm the happy owner of a LifeSTYLE File Tote, and here's what I love about mine:

(1) It's chic and sophisticated.

LifeSTYLE is an extremely sharp-looking tote, and by carrying it, I present a more polished and professional image.

(2) It's well-constructed.

A file tote will take a lot of abuse during its lifetime -- back and forth to the car, meetings with clients, files being moved around. My biggest concern: it can be pretty all day long, but is it gonna last?

The LifeSTYLE File Tote proves that it's not only a beautiful bag, but it's super sturdy as well.

VIEWTAINER 6 PACK

First to recommend

Description

A cheap, easy, inventive way of storing small items: hardware, craft, and office supplies; coins; etc.

The 6-pack is really the best way to go b/c you get almost 15% off what the containers cost individually and you get an assortment of the 12 available.colors. However, you can buy individual ones for way less than 10 bucks.

BTW, I'm not a huge fan of their website...it's not the most user-friendly.

Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity

First to recommend

11 people recommended this item

Description

This is one of the few time management/personal productivity books I've ever read that's actually made sense. In this case, David Allen was able to explain why my to do list was getting longer by the day, my brain was feeling more and more overwhelmed, and my email in-box was about to implode. (Actually, it did implode a few times, but I'll leave that story for another day.)

In a nutshell, Allen's book maps out a simple strategy for "getting things done" that involves getting those "to dos" out of your head and on to a series of "action" lists. Of course, you have to work the system. No system is maintenance-free.

There are a growing number of Internet websites devoted to the ideas contained in this compelling and idea-filled book -- e.g., DIYPlanner.com, 43folders.com, and LifeHacks.com. If you decide to give Allen's system a go, you'll find plenty of online support and inspiration.
