Description

This is what BK sleeps in. With a beautiful pink glow provided by the matching curtains, it is a boudoir fit for a queen, or at least a bitch. I will admit, I only have the comforter cover, shams, dust ruffle and curtains. Isaac didn't comply with my snotty sheet needs. This girl likes a high thread count. 250 ain't going to cut it Mr. Designer Man.

Crayola Bathtub Crayons

I"m absent minded when it comes to some things (pay the preschool, feed the dog) and I think of these crazy things in the WEIRDEST places. Recently, I found one of my girls' bath crayons and made a to do list in my shower. This is the greatest. On top of that, my 4 year old learned to write her name with bath crayons. Sweet. Everyone wins. Now that is productivity for you! I also like to give this to my friends as gifts. Not only can you be the next American Idol in your shower, you can turn into Van Gogh . . . the best part? Nooooobody has to know about it. This is a judge free zone, folks.

Loeka Cycling Apparel

These gals have come up with something I will just call "urban cycling wear". It's hip on the bike and you can walk into the grocery store and not feel like a moron. Sometimes I feel like a moron walking into somewhere all spandex-clad. I want to be cute, not necessarly revealing. Thank you, Loeka for being so freaking cool.

This is one of my favorite holiday memories. My father framed the album cover for me a few years back. He even did it open, and if you remember, the cover photo extended to the back. Classic. Gosh I love this. I actually still listen to it. In July.

The Onion Store Muppet TShirt

It is not very often that one finds a tshirt that has thier life philospohy branded across the front. The Onion, once a local Madison, Wisconsin publication, has done just that for me. There is no other way to scream HAPPY HOLIDAYS BK than this tshirt. I wear a size small in mens.
These are also available in little kids sizes.

I have the canvas version of this bag and I will tell you what. It is SERIOUSLY the best diaper bag out there. It is easy to get into and the medium holds enough for two kids on an outing or overnight. I want one of these because the canvas doesn't wash very well and between the milk/juice spills and the crayons, mine is hurting these days. Please Santa Baby!

I just got off a flight from Madison,Wi to San Francisco, Ca. I read your book. I love it. I really love it. You are a poetic novelist and there are too few of those in this day and age, what with all the Chick LIt out there (I'm not slamming it, I read it too) and crappy books. Finally, there is something I can read and even relate to! Your imagery when it comes to the smell of cold glass and the inside workings of a buddy's garage, well, what can I say, Michael, I feel at home.
Anyways, a super big thanks for writing me back on my emails and sending me the promo stuff. . you are a great guy and an inspiring author.
That's all I have to say about that.
