Honey West DVD : The Complete TV Series
First to recommend
Description
One of tv's first female detectives, Honey West aired only one season, from 1965 - 1966, and was produced by Aaron Spelling. Honey West, played by Anne Francis, is beautiful (natch), glamorous, smart, and deadly. She drives a kick ass Cobra and there's usually at least one fight scene per episode highlighting Honey's martial arts skills. Each episode is a different case, and the show is full of great 60s fashion and music, witty dialogue, and Bondesque technology.
This DVD collection gathers all 30 half-hour episodes together. Great fun!
Plus, c'mon. Anne Francis is way hot.

Yes, I'm on the edge of my seat, it's the perfect summer reading, I'm thinking of taking a week off from work just to read it. I've read all the previous books and am thinking of quickly skim reading to catch up. It's wonderful writing and a carefully crafted tale. No matter what you're views on magic, spirituality or politics, this series has done wonders for literature.

Another Joss Whedon gem-this one tragically short-lived. With an incredible cast (nobly led by the adorably charming Nathan Fillion), after you finish the season you'll be left wanting more. And luckily, you can have it with the follow up major motion picture, Serenity.

Description
I can't believe no one has recommended this yet.
Yet another show that Fox cancelled, only 4 episodes were aired. However, thirteen episodes had been filmed and the remaining nine eps can be seen here for the first time.
Wonderfalls comes from Tim Minear, who wrote, executive-produced, and directed episodes of this show as well as Angel, Firefly, X Files, and now Drive. Wonderfalls revolves around a girl names Jaye, a recent grad of Brown. She lives in a trailer and works at a touristy gift shop called Wonderfalls in Niagara Falls. Everything in her life is going fine until inanimate objects start talking to her. These inanimate objects instruct her to help out total strangers, which she does reluctantly to make the voices stop. Part comedy and part drama, the cast is superb and the writing equally as good.
God this show is brilliant. Too bad Fox didn't give it a chance.

Hands down my favorite magazine. If you're a fan of aritsts like Mark Ryden or Joe Coleman or Camille Rose Garcia or Kathie Olivas or Liz McGrath- this magazine is for you. If you like low brow art or pop surrealism- this magazine is for you. I love discovering new artists and finding new things to spend money I don't have in the pages of Juxtapoz.

Description
Fantastic magazine covering asian and asian-american pop culture, including art and artists, skating, vinyl, today, et cetera. I've been a subscriber for a couple of years now and I always find something new to covet in each issue. I've found a number of great new artists in the pages of this magazine.
They have retail stores in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York- you HAVE to go if you're in one of those cities. You will be blown away. And probably broke.
