Part of the brand's outgoing summer collection, the women's tee is made with 100% cotton and features a designer's twist in the flare of the sleeves and the sloping hem.

Sure, the phrase feels a little odd, as you want to believe that love is always fun. But is it? It feels pretty amazing when you find someone who makes it fun, and you tend to wear it out in the open, which this tee from Every Little Counts speaks to. The potential sincerity is dulled a bit by the fact that the heart is black -- I like that complication.

This summer of the deep-v is killing me. Just saying. But I like the look quite a bit more on women, and this Every Little Count tee adds a touch of overwrought pop poetry. I feel like a cliche realizing that I know so many people, myself included, who love the idea of being with a person made up of a mix of violence, sensuality, and sensitivity, but there you are. This brand taps into this unconventional, dangerous romance pretty well.

Description

Every Little Counts' fall collection makes a nice stylistic leap from the previous collection. What could easily be just an undercooked t-shirt line with half-too-clever phrasing comes off as ambitious and sexy, reliant as it is on a very feminine cut. Although romantically charged, there's enough understatement here to make the line feel far less than corny.
