Description

Kylie Kwong is the bomb. She's got the accessibility of Nigella Lawson, the sophistication of Martha Stewart and her own exotic appeal. She makes Chinese fare easy and understandable even for culinarily clueless guailo like me.

I wholeheartedly approve of people going back to eating animals that are raised in sustainable ways, and I also love that these pigs are not the lean to the point of anorexic. Pigs should be fat!
