Description
Generally speaking, I avoid the sun like the plague, staying relatively pale year round. Two important weapons in my arsenal: Shady Day’s Daily Sun Protection Wipes SPF 30 are a godsend. These individual wipes (15 per pack) apply just the right amount of sunscreen on my arms and chest for everyday use though you might use two per application for a day on the beach. Effective, non sticky and they even smell pretty great! (via Eye4Style)

Description
Lauren Bailey began her design career with a non-conventional approach...creating handbags that incorporate wellness in each design. Yoga and meditation put Lauren on her own path to wellness, and sparked the idea that she could infuse healing properties into her a collection of accessories. Naturally occurring neodymium discs in each handbag act as magnets that are thought to reverse the negative effects caused by electromagnetic radiation (cell phones, laptops, etc). Falor Tote Bag.

Description
Don’t let the woven leather fool you – this is not a Bottega Veneta bag. And I guarantee you more and more of these bags will be imitated in the future. Too bad for BV (and label whores), woven leather can’t be trademarked and will be accessible to the masses.
To the ladies and gentlemen who buy the intrecciato Bottega Veneta bags for “quality” – get over yourselves, everyone knows you’re spending the dough because the intrecciato is “exclusive” at the moment. Falor bag available at Pollyanna for £670. (via Carry Contraption)

Description
Add a touch of cool to these balmy summer nights. There’s something about the color blue (in all shades) that is so calming. Navy numbers are understated in their solemnity, but sparkles rev up the glam factor! My starry midnight blue pick for the summer is this French Connection “lines sequin” dress which lets you do it for a reasonable price. Tess Perfect Pout Strawberry Moisturizing Lip Gloss
2 people recommended this item
Description
On to my experience with this more-than-fun lip treatment. First off, from the looks of Perfect Pout, you’d never think it was ‘teen’ product. The packaging looks more grown-up than some of the truly grown-up products I’ve purchased. Next, the product itself: way more grown-up than many of the “grown-up” products I’ve purchased. The gloss is not goopy, but it is substantial. Although it smells of strawberries, it’s not plastic-y. In fact, the addition of Aloe Vera gel and Safflower oil really ground this lip gloss and bring it to the level of a lip treatment. But more than that, the gloss is really pretty. It looks clear, reddish-orange but it goes on perfectly clear…perhaps with just a hint of color, but certainly not noticeable, just healthy.
I’ve started using TESS Perfect Pout as the last step in my night-time skincare regimen, and my lips have never been softer or smoother. Plus, I use it as my lip-color base when I apply my daily makeup, and my lip color of choice always lasts longer and my lips look more youthful and dewy…throughout the day. (via Girlpaint)

Sally Hansen Complete Care 4 in 1 Treatment

Description
* Smoothing base coat uses patented Okoume Extract to protect the future beauty of nails.
* The bio-strengthener helps to restore the strength of weak and fragile nails.
* Growth activator nourishes and revitalizes nails.
* Mega gloss top coat creates a durable a scratch resistant shield on nails.
Isn’t that amazing? It is a base coat and top coat in one, and it also strengthens and gives nails some health! My personal review would have to be, I can’t testify that my nails are healthier since I couldn’t see the effect quite clearly – but I assure you that my nails are in normal state right now. The polish glides on smoothly as a base coat, and my mega rave for this treatment is the way it makes any nail color look ultra glossy as it functions as a top coat. The mirror like shine that it gives is simply brilliant for me. I apply top coat on top of my polish every other day, and it has been well maintained and kept my polish longer in my nails. For the price of around $ 12, I don’t regret getting this one. (via Beautynomics)

MAC Prep and Prime spf 50
First to recommend
Description
Thankfully, MAC has this product called Prep and Prime and it offers an SPF 50. Did you get that? FIFTY! Perfect for a fair skinned gal like myself! A small, less than dime sized amount will cover your entire face. I use this in place of my primer, sunscreen and moisturizer. It preps the skin, creating a smooth surface for the rest of your makeup. It absorbs quickly and is not oily. It doesn’t leave a white film behind which some primers are known to do. Skinceuticals Affect Daily SPF 20
First to recommend
Description
Well, let me just say that I am glad that I gave Skinceuticals a chance, because it is the best sunscreen that I have tried! During my morning routine, I applied my usual moisturizer and grabbed this tube for a try. I got half of a pea size amount, and spread it on my face, and it felt very very light, with no trace of stickiness. That’s a good sign. I noticed that when I applied my makeup with Skinceuticals sunscreen underneath, it didn’t intrude in any way, it’s just like normal moisturizer applied! Another good sign!
As the day progressed, I was anticipating for an oily buildup, and to my glee, there was no oily buildup! Rather, I felt my face matte, without a hint of oiliness – gosh, does this even mattify the face? This is too much! I am just left overwhelmed.
After a few days, I find myself reaching for it more and more, deeming it indispensable in my morning vanity essentials. And for the price of the product, priced at $30, I think that it is very Beautynomical – the price surely justifies the quality of the product. (via Beautynomics)
