I'm always attracted to things of nature being the subject of home decor and functional accessories. Once again, a tree sculpture adds this bit of sculptural nature to the home as well as displaying jewelry.

I'd been eyeing this cushy felted wool shag rug from West Elm for some time now and finally went ahead and bought one (ivory 5x8). I'm so excited since I believe it's one of those rugs that will compliment any room no matter what you're furniture is like. I have heard that felted shag rugs tend to shed (even the crate and barrel version), but through some interweb searching, a simple pet hair brush can cure it.
