Leslie Sansone's Walk Slim System

Description
Exercise is a high priority for me, unfortunately I'm extremely pressed for time. I commute an hour each way to work. I have to leave my house every morning at 6:00 a.m. for work. So, for me to exercise, I have to get up at 4:00 a.m. to be consistent (hey a girl has to stay cute and healthy and will do what she has to do). That early in the morning I do not want to think about fancy schmancy moves.....I just want to sweat for 45 min. to 1 hour. Let me tell you these videos will do that for you. These are the most intense Leslie Sansone videos to date. If you buy the set you get three DVD's, the first DVD is a 1 or 2 mile walk plus a 3 fast miles walk. The 2nd DVD is a 4 mile boosted walk (boosted means there are intervals of jogging) and the last DVD is a firming DVD (not horrible, however when I do toning I do Get Ripped with Jeri Love instead). I'm concentrating on doing either the 3 or 4 miles videos. You really work up a sweat with these. Leslie is peppy and upbeat (which I personally like) and you work up a good sweat, only there are no complicated moves to learn! Woo Hoo! I highly recommend this set. Also, is it just me, or does LS a lot like an older (and less blond) version of Jessica Simpson?

5-Factor Diet by Harley Pasternak, Myatt Murphy

Description
This book tells you to eat 5 times a day and workout 25 min. a day. And, you even get an eating cheat day once a week. Wow, a book that makes sense and you get to eat on top of it. Hey if it works for Eva Mendez, where do I sign up?! Seriously, this is a great book, easy lifestyle changes to follow and most importantly, you will get the desired results. This is not rocket science people. I wish there was a magic pill we could all take and look wonderful. However, the big magic secret that the diet pill companies don't want you to know is that there is no magic pill. In order to look your best and be at a weight that is healthy for you need to eat (and eat healthy food not crap). You also need to exercise. Oh, and not just exercise, but be consistent in your exercise. That is it! No wonder pill, no magic wand. However, the great news is that Harley gives you the road map to follow to achieve your goals.

Squeeze by Tracy Effinger

Description
If you are looking for a tough yet effective and fun workout this is it. For my toning I mostly use Jeri Love's Ripped series (which are amazing), but sometimes I like to break things up. This video does the trick and is very effective. Tracy Effinger is a trainer to the celebrities (now, that in itself to me is not impressive, however her routine works, and that is impressive). This workout combines Pilates, ballet, yoga and traditional toning. You will need 2 small 2 lb weights and a playground ball (like the kind you play dodgeball with). I also like you can do the full Squeeze routine (which takes approx. an hour) or if you are short on time, there is a shortened version (1/2 hour), which is still very effective. If you are looking for something fun, different and will give you results check this out, you won't be disappointed.

True Orange

Description
This is so delicious it will make you cry. These are calorie free packets of crystalized orange that you add to water (you could also add to other drinks to give an orange flavor, but I use them in water). It also contains no artificial sweeteners (which I try not to consume too much of). I have a box at home, a box at work and packets in my purse. Yummy and refreshing! Makes it uber easy to get those 64 oz. of water every day.

Built NY: Lunch Tote

Description
I bring my lunch to work most days. I really like to eat healthy (salads, yogurt, fruit). This makes it so easy to bring your lunch (and look stylish while doing so). This is made of neoprene and has a large area to put your food and a section to put a drink (a bottle of diet coke or diet red bull fits nicely here). I really like that it folds up flat when you are done. And, to me the best part is you can machine wash this so it can continue to look new and beautiful.

Description
This is so much fun I can't believe it is even exercise! I was having a hard time fitting in my cardio. I wanted something I could do at home (so I could exercise before work at 4:00 a.m.) and would not take up much room. I also wanted something that would be fun. OMG! This is the funnest thing ever. I've been jumping every day for 45 minutes! I feel like I'm 5 years old and I get to jump on the bed! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I'm also loving the results. I don't use the bar that attaches to this, but is nice that it comes with one if you wanted to use it!
