Ok, I know that you have seen the Total Gym On TV and probably wondered does it work? Does Chuck & Christie really use the Total Gym?
Well the answers are yes, yes and yes.
Chuck Norris starting using the Total Gym to stay in shape over 30 years ago (really 30 years). Christie then learned about the Total Gym 10 years ago and has continued to use it ever since. Even though they both use the same piece of equipment they use it two totally different ways.

Although this treadmill has an on board 7" cable/ DVD ready falt screen TV and a high end, home theater sounding speaker system it's not the flashy things that attracted me to this treadmill.
When I work out I often find myself gradually slowing down or speeding up without realizing it - now with this treadmill you have an intensity meter which changes color so you can easily see if you are slacking off or if you are pushing yourself too hard.
There are 14 preset workout programs and it's also iFit compatable so you won't have to worry about running out of new programs or motivation - but it's still the intensity meter that I like the most.
