I am a product junkie. In fact, I try so many different beauty products, I should probably consider a career as a professional product tester. These are my faves.

Ok, you absolutely fall in love with an eye shadow. You try it, buy it, take it home, put it on and voila……in matter of hours your wonderful love has faded away, worn off, creased-up, or just plain smeared all over places on your eye that you didn’t intend for it to be in the first place. What happened???? I’ll tell you what happened. You didn’t buy Nars Cream Eye Shadow. In all truthfulness, it’s a “cream to powder” eye shadow. Not only does it stay in place (like most cream shadows), but it stays in place until YOU take it off…..okay? It absolutely won’t crease or fade away. The texture is great. The color is true. Aaaaand, you can wear it alone or use it as a base for a powder shadow…..please!
And wait….there are many colors to choose from, (my fave is Zardoz or ink black) so, you can be a diva in whatever facet you want to be. This product is affordable and lasting. That’s right; a little goes a long way. After searching for what seems like, decades, I believe I have found something that works well, with little effort. Try it, you’ll love it too. Nars cosmetics are one of my (two) favorites. The colors are rich, it feels luxurious, and they stay put! This is the set that I want to get for fall. The gloss is such a pretty plummy rose color. (via Sephora)

this is the best lip stain i've tried. usually they're impossible to put on without making it look like you've been drinking kool-aid or something. this is fool-proof and isn't dry or sticky. it lasts for hours.

This gel is supposed to be a great fix for tragic hangover symptoms like dark bags under eyes, and dull puffy skin. The gel is cooling and invigorating, and supposedly can make event the victims of the most deathly hangovers feel rejuvenated and glowy. Even if you feel like death warmed over, you can still look fabulous.

I bought this for a holiday party that I was going to. I really wanted to make sure that my makeup would stay put for the party and after, and it worked wonders! Usually my makeup will last well for 4-5 hours, but this stuff kept my makeup fresh and perfect for more than twice that long. I now use it from time to time for day too. Just a little light spray and your makeup is set, and it looks kind of dewy -- much fresher than setting foundation with powder.

This stuff is the best! I love dry shampoo and I'm a fan of the Oscar Blandi dry shampoo powder, but this spray is great. It miraculously conditions and spruces up limp hair at the same time. It does the impossible!
