Lucy Notions Hair Couture is handmade in the USA. The fabrics used for each masterpiece are vintage silk kimono fabrics, vintage couture fabrics as well as vintage silks, cottons and flour sacks...whatever speaks to the artist. All vintage and re-purposed fabrics and lace are sourced from Italy, France, Switzerland, Ireland, England, Japan (Yuko Collection) and the USA. They are works of art as much as they are functional eco friendly accessories.
