Diet Power Calorie Counter, Diet, and Weight Loss Program

2 people recommended this item

Description

This is a great nutrition software program. I have had great success personally, and with my clients, using this software. Diet Power "learns" your metabolism, based on data that you input. Diet Power is an outstanding way of food journaling. You just input everything you eat & drink on a given day, and Diet Power does all the work. You will be able to see, not only your total caloric intake, but a complete breakdown of your protein, carbohydrate, and fat intake. The best thing is that Diet Power offers a free trial version. In my opinion, free always rocks.

FitDay Smarter Weight Loss - Nutrition Software

First to recommend

Description

This is actually a really cool program. You can see your total caloric, fat, protein and carbohydrate intakes. In addition, you can set target goals & target dates to reach your goals. The program allows you to keep track of the calories burned during daily activities, as well as those burned during your exercise sessions. A free online version is also available. It doesn't do all of the things the PC version does, but it's a good way to try it out. And did I mention, the online version is FREE?!
