It is so much easier to just run the tap or get a filter if you worry about the water
in your area, fill your bottle put it in the refrigerator over night and grab it on your way out the door the next morning. My wallet is bigger because of this new trend and I have more space in my gym without all those plastic water bottles. These water bottles don't leach, your water tastes great, they have hooks and loops so you can attach them to anything. I love them.

Springfree Trampoline

I got this trampoline for a segment that I did on the NBC Today Show. My kids and I got to try it out before I did the show. It is still in my yard. This is the best trampoline you can buy anywhere. It has amazing spring, totally safe because of the built in net, no springs so that means it won't rust or wear out. It doesn't fad and here is the best part. Not only do my kids (twins 11 and 7) use it but I have incorporated it into my personal training workouts. In fact, some of Hollywood's biggest names have been on my Springfree. A great workout for both kids and adults.

When these arrived at my door my assistant opened the box and said hey you got a bunch of colored Pringles. And she was exactly right short of the salt! These bars are perfect for strength training in your gym or your home. It works the arms, chest, back and your core. It is lightweight and very easy to store. I love it because as huge proponent of using your own body weight for resistance. You can combine exercises together like pushups, pull-ups, crunches, tricep dips. It comes with a list of exercises that you can follow but I know you can create a plan of your own.
