I have allergies so when I'm feeling really congested, I like to go out and eat sushi... just so I can get my hands on a big ball of wasabi. It makes my heads and nasal cavity feel great in no time.
Tip: Honey Wasabi Salmon Glaze/ Dip
Just add wasabi to some honey. Occasionally I'll buy REALLY fresh raw salmon and dip it in the honey wasabi. Delicious! You can also bake it, but the wasabi will lose its potency, so you may want to add more wasabi if you're going to cook it. (via Amazon)
