I'm not sure we remember how to play backgammon, but our tenth anniversary is coming up and this seems like a great gift to give him before we go away for the weekend. Is this the ultimate in a luxury gift or what? First of all, it's stunning. The design is simple, classic and beautiful. I find myself just wanting it. For what, you might ask? Well, that's a good question. The website says you can store kindling in it, or architectural plans. OK, those are good ideas. But you can also use it for weeding the garden, take it shopping and put your groceries in it, carry a small puppy in it or even use it for ice. I mean, if you are going to spend this much for a bucket, you should use it every chance you get, right?

Can you imagine how soft this is? You can see it in the picture... you can practically FEEL how soft those pouches are. I can think of a few dad's who would love the luxury of this briefcase... if they have to go to work and carry (and read!) pounds of documents, they might as well be able to go in style.

This bag brings to mind Brad Pitt in that movie, A River Runs Through It. OK, he probably had no need for a briefcase, but he did FISH, I believe. So close enough! I can still see him walking through the tall grass on a beautiful day in the mountains, with this bag slung over his shoulder.

I can SOOOOO picture myself using this bag. Sure, you can buy this for the man in your life, but if I did that, I don't think he'd be able to get his little paws on it. This bag has my name written all over it.

I love its sophistication, with a dark but slightly spiritual undertone. (The labryrinth design, don't cha' know...). Stamped onto Piano Black cowhide, so there's a bit of music thrown in too!
