The Next Big Thing - a list by StilettoJungle

About this list:

I am obsessed with finding the "next big thing" in fashion. Never content to wear what everyone else is wearing (although I do follow my fair share of trends), I am on constant lookout for the undiscovered. My latest obsession is fashion imports that may have a following in other countries, but are hardly ever talked about here in the States. Here are some of my favorites, as seen in Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle shopping blog.

Description

Beautiful hues of rich color and multi-function pieces make the line Austin Jade something to remember when hunting for a new addition to the walk-in. Experience at Nautica and Nanette Lepore led Murray to create her mature line for Spring 2009, which you can browse at AustinJade.com-- trust me, it's worth a whirl. Salte "BFF" Earrings

First to recommend

Description

Hand crafted from leather, Salte is luxe, but not snobbish. My favorite of the first line? The BFF earring. This dangly creation features chain links, leather chunks, and a golden pair of handcuffs. Gotta love that. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)

Puch Balloon Dress

First to recommend

Description

I'm always on the lookout for the "next big thing" and right now I'm adoring South Korea's Puch label. This stylish Balloon Dress is certainly not for wallflowers, but it is insanely chic and looks like it's straight off a designer runway, although it's priced like its straight out of the mall. Ahh, the true beauty of lesser known designers. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)

Puch Cowl Neck Crochet Coat

First to recommend

Description

I'm always on the lookout for the "next big thing" and right now I'm adoring South Korea's Puch label. There is something so jet-set about this Cowl Neck Crochet Coat. I picture the woman wearing this coat prancing through the airport in Paris followed by a fleet of men toting her 20 Louis Vuitton trunks. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)

Description

I'm always on the lookout for the "next big thing" and right now I'm adoring South Korea's Puch label. Puch also has the classics covered, like with this chic Novelty Jacket. The Chanel-esque nubby knit is perfect for dressing up your favorite pair of jeans. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)

Puch Button Leggings

Description

I'm always on the lookout for the "next big thing" and right now I'm adoring South Korea's Puch label. Looks like leggings are just as popular halfway around the world as they are right here. Puch's Button Leggings get an edge on your basic knit legging by increasing the length so that the bottom can be pulled down over your favorite pumps and adding a button detail. Puch Fur Hood Knit Cardigan

First to recommend

Description

I'm always on the lookout for the "next big thing" and right now I'm adoring South Korea's Puch label. At first glance, this Fur Hood Knit Cardigan looks quite basic, but take a closer look and you will notice a unique diamond knit pattern and slightly rolled unfinished hem that make it unlike any other knit cardigan we've seen in the stores. Puch Mini Cable Cardigan

Description

I'm always on the lookout for the "next big thing" and right now I'm adoring South Korea's Puch label. Puch's gift for knitwear is demonstrated with their Mini Cable Cardigan. This super cute cropped layering piece is right on trend with the fall/winter chunky knit obsession. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)

Puch Alpaca Coat

First to recommend

Description

I'm always on the lookout for the "next big thing" and right now I'm adoring South Korea's Puch label. One of my favorite finds is the Puch Alpaca Coat. The combination of the hidden button placket and high mock neck collar create a sleek silhouette from what is typically thought of as a cozy, bulky material. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)
