The book is a novel-length complaint letter written by one angry American Airlines passenger who has been stranded in Chicago's O'Hare International Airport and may miss his daughter's wedding in Los Angeles."

What a great book! Not many folks can take a complaint letter and turn it into a 192 page book...one that I did not want to put down. Main character Bennie Ford is thoroughly unloveable yet strangly likeable. Darkly funny, Miles' writing is a real treat. Add this to your reading list this summer.

Finally a gift I can simultaneously list on both the eco-friendly and tacky lists. Who would have thunk it? For you arachnophobes out there, something to add to your wish list.
