Fashion Fringe, kind-of-like a UK version of Gen Art, recently awarded Gavin Douglas with it’s top honors in September. While that alone would have been enough for most indies the real treat was being chosen by a judging panel that included honorary chairman of Fashion Fringe Tom Ford and judges like Giles Deacon, Hamish Bowles, Sarah Mower, Nick Knight, Alannah Weston and Hilary Alexander.

This is the designer most Americans don't know about yet, but give it a few of months and we'll be talking about him like we did Marc Jacobs a couple of years ago.
