I am what most would consider an old timer these days when it comes to skating. Yeah, I grew up with the Bones Brigade, The Search for Animal Chin and skateboards that only had one tail to ollie with. These days, you aren't going to see me doing a Nollie Heel Flip to Tail Slide down a thirty step kinked rail, but you may see me bust some crazy Power Slide!!! These are the skateboarding products and companies I have used and continue to use. SKATE OR DIE!!!

Grind King: AXL Trucks

Description

I was an "Independent" trucks guy for a long time. Then came Grind King!!! The street skaters ultimate truck. Since I mainly street skated, grinding was part of the fun. The standard trucks king pins would stick out after some major grinding, the king pin would then dig into the curb and then you would go flying into the bushes. That problem was resolved with Grind Kings version of the king pin. Amen, Praise the Lord... Grind King trucks were a God send back in the day, and I still swear by them.

Element: Vallely Black Bolt Deck

Description

Two of my favorite things in skating... Element boards and Mike Vallely. The Black Bolt Deck is a little larger than most decks and it is also a 8 ply board which is nice since I am not a small guy. All I can really say is... Nice shtick to ride.

Description

The other old skool board I loved (besides the "Natas" board by Santa Monica Airlines). Vallely was one of my skate heroes. Loud, angry and skated with a passion. Vallely's heart is still in skating and the guy can shred a mini ramp like nobodies business.
