Description

matte deeply pigmented lip color that's not going anywhere. It's going to last all night. Choose from all sorts of colors. Based on the red carpet outfit I am assembling, I would not choose "rouge" (red) but a pinker/magenta-y color to pop the colors in the necklace.
I would also apply this with a lip brush to get a smooth finish PLUS I would apply a light layer of gloss
