Impact Sports ePulse Strapless Heart Rate Monitor Watch and Calorimeter

Description

Over the years I have owned several heart rate monitors and fitness watches. With each one I found that there was something that I didn't like.

BUT this HR Monitor I just love!
First of all it's strapless - yeah
The arm band stays securely in place so you don't have to worry about pulling it up or rubbing your skin.
It is so easy to use & easy to read ( as I get older I find that some monitors are hard to read - I don't think that it's my vision - I think that they are making the numbers smaller)
It's also accurate and affordable - this I like very much.

The Impact Sports ePulse Strapless Heart Rate Monitor Watch and Calorimeter is my new fitness buddy.

Dyson DC25 Animal Ball-Technology Upright Vacuum Cleaner

First to recommend

2 people recommended this item

Description

We have always been a two dog family and I love my dogs dearly as they are my best friends. However by always having a dog meant that guest would often shy away from visiting since when they got home and looked at their clothes they were always covered with pet hair.

It's not like I didn't try vacuum after vacuum and also keep a large supply of those sticky roller things to pick up as much pet hair as possible - but they always left enough there to be annoying.

I'll be the first one to admit that when I first saw this vacuum I had to think about the price a while before actually making my final decision.
But then I realized that we have been replacing our vacuums on average of 1 a year or so due to the hair gunking up the machines & have probably spent a fortune on other ways to get the pet hair off the rugs, furniture & curtains (so how does the hair end up on curtains anyway?)

This vacuum is sooooo sweet! It picks up the hair like a charm and with the ball thing it rotates & swivels without effort - yeah no more sweating when I vacuum. It even gets so close to the walls and corners that I no longer have to get down on my hands and knees with a brush to get the hair away from the walls & in the corners.

If you are tired of pet hair all over everything like I was, treat yourself. You'll be amazed at how easy it is to use and how well it works.

Truth About Diets Fat Loss System

First to recommend

Description

I enjoy watch The Biggest Loser on TV & followed along with Jim & Bill Germanakos in Season 4.

What impressed me the most was that Jim was able to lose so much weight at home (132 pounds) which shows us that anyone can follow their system at home and that you don't need to be on TV to lose the weight.

The complete Rapid Action Metabolism (RAM) Fat Loss System that includes videos, recipes, menus, online meal generator etc., etc., etc., makes it easy for the average person to change their mindset, find motivation and finally lose the weight that they have been trying to but have always failed.

I am very impressed with this complete fat loss system and what I like is that they are giving away a free sample fat burning diet plan (the same one that they used to lose up to 10 pounds a week). Now that's what I call giving back.

WOODSTOCK: Peace Music & Memories by Brad Littleproud and Joanne Hague

First to recommend

Description

Woodstock Peace, Music & Memories by Brad Littleproud and Joanne Hague is a collection of photos (most never before seen) and memories as told through the eyes of Woodstock 1969 attendees.

256 pages filled with 350 color, sepia-tone and black and white photos; interviews with performers including Carlos Santana and Mountain, as well as attendees, with a special section of Woodstock memorabilia.

As being one of the 100 contributors of photos and stories I am so proud and excited to see this retrospect come to life.

From the foreward written by Artie Kornfeld to the epilogue by Wavy Gravy
you'll feel yourself getting transported back in time to the summer of 1969 and the weekend called Woodstock.

Smooth CE 2.0 Elliptical Trainer

First to recommend

Description

Following in the footsteps of President Obama, many are starting to get in to exercise and fitness more than ever before.
Many who thought that you needed a gym are now opting for home fitness equipment like treadmill sand elliptical trainers because we have seen and read about Obama using them and we all know how good he looks (just think about the shirtless photo that was taken of him in Hawaii).

So it's time America to get off the couch and on to a fitness routine!

The Smooth CE 2.0 elliptical is the perfect example of such a piece of fitness equipment.
It's low in price (and while it's on sale it's even lower), it's full featured, it's quiet as a mouse, compact in size and has the industry's best warranty (which even includes 2 years of in-home service.)

Isn't it time you toned up and got fit in the privacy of your own home?

I am.
