This is probably the most impressive piece of cardiovascular equipment I have ever seen. This allows you to build your stamina and your strength. I recently joined a gym that has one of these things. Imagine how disappointed I was to find out that it was broken. This will increase your dexterity and stamina. A superb/innovative and most importantly, challenging addition to anyones gym or fitness center.
