I loved my PowerBlock dumbbells. I sold them when I got rid of my home gym, and I've regretted it ever since. Exteremely easy to use, and a great space saver for your home gym. The pair PowerBlocks pictured each adjust from 5 to 45 pounds, in 5 pound increments. But, you can expand up to 130 pounds each, if you want. To get the same amount in traditional dumbbells you would need 37 pairs of dumbbells. You can do your entire workout with these dumbbells. And they are perfect for a home gym in a limited space.

This is good hardcore exercise training. This is another good core strengthening exercise. If you are a beginner you can start on your knees. As you get stronger (and if you are an overachiever) yo can do this standing up. Good luck.

Get a grip. Part of being a man is having a firm handshake. One of my friends who shall remain nameless, gives me dap and his grip is so weak that I just want to give em 5 across the eyes. Fellas, you don't want to be that guy. And ladies, you to can impress with a firmer grip. Truth be told, I like strength in a woman. I think it is quite sexy.

Also, having a stronger grip will help you when you are lifting weights as well as during various athletic endeavors (baseball, dodgeball, football, rock climbing, etc.).

Sit-Up Bar

I don't know when it happened but somewhere along the line, the sit up was abandoned and replaced with the crunch. The sit-up is a better ab strengthening exercise partly due to the greater range of motion that your body is required to move. This equipment is good because it allows you to do sit-ups without anyone else assisting you by sitting'kneeling on your feet.
