If you always go conservative, try something a little more colorful in your wardrobe. If you always use email, try writing a letter. If you always watch independent films, try going to a blockbuster. If you always read non-fiction, venture over to the mystery or science fiction aisle in the bookstore or your local library. You get the idea. Deviate to rejuvenate.
