Description

Ignore the incredibly low price-point, or, in fact, embrace it. This wine is an incredible value and like it's name, pairs incredibly well with seafood.

This chardonnay is wonderful with a taste of honey and melon, to my palate. Again, an excellent pair with spicy food.

Description

This wine had a lovely yellow color and was incredibly mellow. I would pair this with a pasta or a seafood, or, hilariously, a seafood pasta.

It was very citrus-y.

Light and fruity, with a dry finish. I would say this would pair well with spicy food.

2007 Francis Coppola "Sofia" Carneros Pinot Noir Rosé

Description

They say, "This wine's seductive, feminine wiles will enchant you from the moment you pop the cork. A sparkling rosé with a strawberry and rose petal perfume followed by juicy flavors reminiscent of framboise, red cherry and citrus zing. It's fruity, but not cloying, crisp and refreshing. This is the perfect wine for imagining yourself at a beachfront café in the South of France."

I say, "This was a fun (especially the bottle) bright rose which was exactly what it was supposed to be--a nice treat on a sunny Sunday (or Saturday) afternoon during the summer. I'd happily consume another bottle of this one."
