I love my stability ball! It's the best piece of equipment that I have at home! Use this ball for abs, to support you while you do squats(one of my favorite exercises!), pushups and more! This is a great peice to have at home b/c you can use it while watching your favorite shows! So get off the couch and get on your Stability ball!

This is a good idea to have because my stability ball is always rolling all over the place! The other day it rolled right in front of my front door and blocked me from getting in! So a base for the ball is essential :-)

A heart rate monitor is a great piece to have at home for your home fitness since you aren't using cardio machine that give you that info readily.
