I like the white button tab jacket from Torrid. I love that it's 3/4 sleeve too because I'm not a big fan of sleeveless or really short-sleeved jackets but sometimes it is too hot for a blazer. This is a nice mix between the two and its still beautiful and professional.

This ivory pinstriped belted safari jacket from Torrid is really nice and classy. It can be professional but you can also throw it on with jeans too for a casual effect so you can wear it anywhere. I'm a big fan of the subtle pin stripes too so that's a major plus.
