ETSY favourite Sellers - a list by lakshmi126

About this list:

ETSY is the best thing to happen to artists everywhere. Without becoming a veritable human factory, you can sell things you make, when you like and for a price you like. Although my hands are the equivalent of a bunch of bananas when it comes to artistic use, I love what this website does for others more talented than me. These are some of my favourite sellers...yet. I haven't bought from all of them though. The website's also quite techie. Check out the cool flash programs on the home page www.etsy.com.

Qualifications:

The site is addictive, just like thisnext. I can't stop.

This is such a cool idea. The sleeve will fit into most backpacks/laptop bags and may be removed for meetings and such. Looks so easy to carry.

Ethereal -- is the only way to describe her work. Straight out of Narnia, I find myself holding my breath just looking at them. Breathe... (via craftrevolution)

This artist makes some cool art and reproductions. Small pieces can be hung as a collage on the wall. I love the wide-eyed look she goes for.

This gal makes accessories that are useful and oh so cute. The headbands and hats are pretty and the oilcloth lunchbag is a winner. Also, laptop sleeves, handbags, pouches and other things to hold your goodies.

She uses this bronze-like metal. The colours look beautiful. A wonderful change from the usual sterling. Beautiful and delicate.

Ahpeele

6 people recommended this item

Description

One of my favourite hand-screened shirt stores on Etsy, Ahpeele comes out with so many shirts I never seem to have the money to buy.

But if I did, I'd be decked out and lookin' good.

Inspired by nature themes and Japanese prints, the shirts and prints are very nice, with the clothes printed on American Apparel tees, so it's nice and comfy. They're sure to be a regular pick in your closet or drawers.

jewellery + objects : simone walsh

Extremely fine engraving on silver from down under. Simone knows what she is doing (and she spells like me :)). The jewellery is fine and exquisite with tremendous detail. I love the pieces with the faces etched on them. Elvis, Marilyn and Marlene Dietrich never looked better.
