Cellular Day Defense Cream SPF 15
First to recommend
Description
Healthy skin has lots of enemies. Two of the worst offenders are the sun and dryness. This great little daily face cream takes care of both, moisturizing and protecting against the damage that UV rays can inflict. I suppose you could just use a whole bunch of suntan lotion all day, every day, but do you really want to walk around smelling like a coconut threw up all over you? I think not.

PUR Water Filter Systems
First to recommend
Description
An easy way to improve your skin (and overall) health is to make sure you drink at least 80 ounces of water a day. I try, try, try, but I just can't make myself do it -- water is so bland, I invariably switch to something with some flavor (and usually caffeine, which is bad for your skin because it constricts bloodflow).
Enter Pur's Water Filter systems. Instead of paying 10 bucks for a case of bottled water, get a filtration system. Pur now makes a flavored water variety, too, so you can just pick up some flavor cartridges and you're off and drinking. There's a reason people like to joke about Evian being "naive" backwards... and that's because no self-respecting person should pay that much for bottled water. Seriously, $1.49 for a liter at 7-11? Come on.

Flaxseed oil

Description
Omega-3 fatty acids are well-known to improve skin health, in large part due to the fact that they increase your overall cardiovascular health. Good bloodflow increases the amount of nutrients that can reach your skin, thus keeping skin healthy.
Fish oil is the most commonly cited & advertised source of Omega-3 fatty acids, but that's because it's cheap to produce in pill form. Flaxseed oil, however, actually has six times the amount of Omega-3 fatty acids that fish oil does.

Hey -- if Veruca Salt liked them, you should too!
Blueberries are great sources of vitamin A and are rich in antioxidants, which combine to promote healthy skin. The link provided takes you to Dannon's website, which makes a delicious lowfat blueberry yogurt. One delicious serving of blueberry yogurt a day will make improve the look of your skin, help regulate digestion, adds calcium for healthy bones, and provide protein to keep you fueled. The nine essential amino acids don't hurt, either.

Green Tea

Description
Continuing in the pro-antioxidant vein, green tea is great for achieving and maintaining healthy skin.
Scoured from several publications:
The the three major types of tea (black, green, and oolong), green tea is the least processed and thus provides the most antioxidant polyphenols.
Green tea drinkers appear to have lower risk for a wide range of diseases, from simple bacterial or viral infections to chronic degenerative conditions including cardiovascular disease, cancer, stroke, periodontal disease, and osteoporosis.

Reba wool cowboy hat
First to recommend
Description
Protecting your face from sun damage is one of the easiest ways to maintain healthy-looking skin. The three types of womens' hats I can readily think of -- baseball, cowboy, and wide-brimmed sun hats -- are a contrast in styles.
If you're wearing a woman and wearing baseball cap, you're probably kicking my butt at softball, are very tan, and already know everything there is to know about skin care. (Because you know that without constant care, you're going to look like a baseball glove by the time you're 40.)
If you're wearing a sun hat, you're most likely 70 years old, or a "free spirit" type whose innate connection with nature will prevent you from ever suffering through bad skin.
Otherwise, please consider cowboy hats. They look great, and they'll protect your skin from sun damage.

Oliver Peoples Strummer Sunglasses
First to recommend
Description
Slightly oversized aviators, these Oliver Peoples Strummers offer 100% UV protection and are stylish. I've attached a bunch of pictures -- in them, Angelina Jolie is pictured wearing these Strummers. Jennifer Aniston is wearing the Oliver Peoples Aero style, which I am starting to think I like even more. In other words, Oliver Peoples = good sunglasses.
And then.. there are a couple of pictures of those big sunglasses that seem to be freakin' everywhere. Please, for the love of God, don't buy huge-framed glasses that cover up 90% of your face. There's a reason that Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie (both pictured as well) wear them -- it's to HIDE their faces. People tend to ignore how unattractive you are when they're staring slack-jawed at you and thinking, "Where the hell did you get Andre the Giant's sunglasses?"
Anyway. I'll end my rant now. But sunglasses -- protecting the sensitive skin around your eyes is a great way to avoid getting wrinkles and skin damage.

Day Spa

Description
Stress is one of the worst things for your skin. Ever seen those fifty year-old guys who look like they're 80? Yeah, a lot of that is because they're heavy drinkers, but a lot of it is stress, too. One great way to relieve stress and get some great skin therapy is to hit a day spa. The Day Spa Association gives helpful hints on what to expect, what to ask about, and where to find a great day spa near you.

Exercising 30 minutes a day, three days a week, has been proven to improve overall skin health. Improved circulation brings nutrients to the skin, and let's face it -- who cares about having nice skin if you weigh 350 pounds? Overall health is even more important.
Denise Austin is one of those people I remember from when I was 8 years old, and my mom was working out to one of her fitness. Now Austin has completely transitioned to the 21st century, and you can get a free trial of her online workout regiment/diet/etc. at her website.
