Cook for the Cure, Presented by KitchenAid
21 people recommended this item
Description
The KitchenAid Cook for the Cure mixer is amazing. First of all, anyone who enjoys baking needs a kitchenAid mixer. I have baked so many batches of cookies with my family's. Plus, it supports Breast Cancer Research. And, its a light shade of pink. This mixer is a great gift for anyone who likes spending time in the kitchen. So much can be done with it, and it looks so fantastic on your counter!

Deceptively Delicious: Simple Secrets to Get Your Kids Eating Good Food
5 people recommended this item
Description
I've used this book religiously because my daughter does not like to eat vegetables. What she doesn't see won't hurt her. You puree the vegetables in separate bags and freeze them. Then use it to incorporate them into the recipe. The recipes are delicious! Our favorite is the mac and cheese (there's cauliflower in there). They will never suspect it.

Keurig one cup coffee makers
19 people recommended this item
Description
I love this particular Keurig single serve brewing system since you have a choice of 3 different cup sizes.
If you haven't made coffee (or tea or hot cocoa) in a Keurig coffee maker then you are definitely missing out on a spectacular cup of coffee. Keurig is similar to other single serve coffee brewers but unlike others, you can brew larger and taller cups of coffee.
K-Cups are individually sealed so each cup of coffee is super fresh. K-cups (often called pods in other brewers) are available from many coffee manufacturers such as Coffee People, Tullys, Caribou, Newmans Own, Emeril and many others.
Don't forget to check out the Obama blend from Peoples Coffee (McCain blend is also available)

Naturally Thin: Unleash Your SkinnyGirl and Free Yourself from a Lifetime of Dieting: Bethenny Frankel, Eve Adamson

Description
Are you a fan of The Real Housewives of New York City? Not only am I a fan of the show but Bethenny is my favorite. She tells it like it is and she's so witty. This is a self help book that is not focused on dieting but focuses on a healthy lifestyle which consists of eating right and excercise. If you're looking to loose massive weight then this book won't be a good fit for you. But if you're looking to make a lifestyle change and need some help with food choices then this book will definitely help you find balance.
