These gluten free puffs of joy are delicious! Waking up to a bowl of Puffins always starts my day off right. When I was a kid my mom always got these for us as a treat when we wanted a "sugary" cereal.

Organic Hemp Plus Granola
First to recommend
Description
This is by-far the most delicious health food granola I have tried, and I've tried a lot of them. This is crunchy and slightly sweet. There is almost something kind of crispy about it. It's not overly hard like other brands. It's great on its own, or with milk, yogurt, or hemp milk.
Eat this for it's taste, but also enjoy it's many health benefits. It's packed with fiber and protein, plus hemp offers far more omega-3 fatty acids than fish oil can offer (there are 400mg in one serving of this, add hemp milk, which has much much more, and well, you get the picture). Say goodbye to fish burps, and hello to a very tasty breakfast!

Healthiest Meals on Earth: The Surprising, Unbiased Truth About What Meals to Eat and Why: Jonny Bowden
First to recommend
Description
This is one of my favorite cook books ever! It's got a bunch of great meals that are very easy to prepare, but are also very healthy. Dr. Bowden simplifies healthy cooking, making it as straight forward as possible for the reader. His recipes are not just easy to follow, but they are delicious.
I recently made his Thai Spiced Prawns and Curried Quinoa dishes for my Dad's birthday. The meal didn't take long to prepare, and it was a huge hit! No one even knew they were eating some of the healthiest foods under the sun!
I highly recommend this book for any health minded cooks, parents, and dinner hosts out there!
Worth mentioning also- Dr. Bowden included a section in his book with vegeterian and vegan meals, and in many recipes he will provide a vegeterian or vegan alternative.

Maple Syrup – Harlow’s Sugar House - Putney, VT
3 people recommended this item
Description
Harlow's is great. Like Katie said, their syrup is produced in small batches, and you can stop by any time during sugaring season (spring) to try the many different varieties.
I recommend using maple syrup as a sweetener rather than honey or sugar because it's packed with nutrients and is great for doing cleanses- especially the darker varieties like grade B.

Maranatha Organic No Stir Peanut Butter
First to recommend
Description
Sooooo good. Crunchy is my favorite because of the nut chunks, but creamy is awesome too. The secret to their no stir ways is palm oil, which keeps this stuff perfectly smooth for whenever you're ready to pop the lid open. Delicious!
NO STIR NATURAL PB= huge time saver!

This is THE guide to eating for anyone whom either suffers from ADHD (Inattentive, Hyperactive, and Combined type), or Autism and for people whom have children with these disorders.

Organic Frozen Raspberries

Description
Ok, so I'm kind of obsessed with these bags of organic frozen fruits and vegetables from Cascadian Farm because they're just so damn convenient. Having a few bags of berries in my freezer ensures that I get the daily value of fruits even in the winter time when they're not in season.

So delicious. So, so delicious. I don't care that I'm not four. These are one of my favorite snacks in the afternoon. Each fruit roll is an entire serving of fruit and has no added sugar. These are also certified USDA Organic! Nice plus.
