The X2Vest is a favorite of mine and many of my clients. I featured this on the Today Show a while back and still use it myself consistently. The Dutch Bicycle Company

Last year I saw this bike in a magazine and called the company immediately. I got the Cargobike. It is the perfect inner-city delivery bicycle, but I use it to take my kids to school and back. I also go to the farmers market with it. I have two seats in front and is perfect for the kids. This bike has an 8 speed internally geared Shimano Nexus hub and many many more incredible features.

I am waiting for my next bike from the Dutch Bicycle Company and when I do I will let you know which one I get.

Even though you have seen me in the ads with my three boys I can walk right over to my refrigerator and grab the tub of Healthy Ones deli meat. I love it. It is great tasting but not only that you get 10 grams of protein in every serving. For those gals working out and trying to maintain muscle tone and definition this is a low calorie, low sodium great tasting snack or meal. Not to mention the the American Heart Association has their stamp on the package. My favorite is the ham but the turkey is great too. Try it and you will be surprised.
