I am well aware that this See by Chloe dress looks quite different from the beaded mini dress that Keyshia Cole wore to Fashion Rocks, but I could not truthfully recommend such an outfit. If you want something short and sparkly, I recommend sticking with a more conservative neckline to balance the flash and sexiness of it all.

I have similar layered halter and I've loved it for years. I always get compliments and it is utterly timeless. Though this halter with lame shell by Ports 1961 is hardly a bargain, it is considerably marked down. I highly recommend this purchase.
