About this list:
Not everyone can afford to go to a posh pilates studio or set up one of those massive pilates machines. If you are one of those people (I am) then you would probably benefit from some pilates mat work. These products will help you get started.

Pilates - Beginning Mat Workout
First to recommend
Description
I have been doing mat work pilates for some time now but there was a period where I needed a refresher course. This video is perfect for that. The moves are taught well and are easy to follow. I got my video in a set, so when you are ready to move up this set has you covered.

Great pair of workout pants. I love how they have a little bit of sheen without being obnoxious.

Valeo Stretch Bands
First to recommend
Description
I usually don't use bands when I do pilates but if I have an early morning workout and I am a bit stiff, these are great for getting a deeper stretch. You can also use them for other exercises too.

Winsor Pilates Upper Body Sculpting - Sculpt Your Body Slim
First to recommend
Description
My best friend gave me this dvd out of her set because for some reason it wouldn't play on her dvd player and it played on mine. This is a nice dvd for getting those arms sculpted in a non-bulky way.

Danskin - Women's X-Training Spring Bouquet V-Neck Camisole Top
First to recommend
Description
My gym uniform is usually baggy pants, a ratty tee shirt, running shoes and a face only a mother could love. With me being a such a fashion lover it's kind of hard to believe I go anywhere looking like such crap. However, last week when my trainer asked me if I was wearing my pajamas I decided maybe its time I try a little (just a little) harder to look presentable at the gym.
I picked up a few tops by Danskin over the holiday break and tested out my first purchase today at the gym. The pattern is adorable and the busyness of it distracted away from my new found holiday gut. The top has a built in bra that offered a nice amount of support and the material worked well with moisture (thats a not so nasty way to say sweat).

lululemon- H20 water bottles
First to recommend
Description
Whenever I go to the gym I always forget water. Why? Because I never have bottled water in the fridge. I think its time I invested in (or someone should by me) a water bottle. These from Lululemon are adorable and the squeezy style bottle is easy to drink from when you are working out.
