Ok so its obvious I am obsessed with two things for shoes this coming season.

Patent leather and spectator-style accents.

I fell in love with a red, white and black skirt and was looking for matching shoes when I came across these puppies.

Better looking in person, but oh-so-hot in an 80s powersuit kinda way.

Flip Flop Sandal by Reef

Went away for the Labor Day weekend to Fire Island.

I was super-busy all week and basically threw things in a suitcase before I left. I found myself without lots of things that I forgot to pack.

Like decent sunblock and flip flop sandals.

Thankfully I was able to get a pair of Reefs on the island. These were the boys Reefs I got - they were out of girls' styles.

Regardless I was pleasantly surprised and more than happy with my purchase.

I was almost glad I forgot my flip flops becuase it led me to new favorites.
